NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, money-market deposit accounts, and Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs").

Watch your money grow and open an interest bearing checking account with a minimum balance of $1,000.00. A service charge of $5.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance falls below $1,000.00 any day of the cycle and no interest will be paid. (This account is not available for corporations because of government regulations)

Money Market Deposit

Your money will grow fast by opening an interest bearing checking account with minimum balance of $1,500.00. Convenient tiered rates for you automatically earn more as your balance grows. A service charge of $5.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if your balance falls below $1,500.00 any day of the cycle and Now Account rates will be paid. If your balance falls below $1,000.00 no interest will be paid. The account is limited to six transfers per statement cycle with no more than three by check.

BanClub Checking

Available on all checking accounts

Open a Banclub Checking account with a minimum of $25.00. A fee of $6.00 will be charged each statement cycle for this account. (or $8.00 for Banclub Plus) Services included with this account:
