FDIC NOTICE: Transaction Account Guarantee Program

Farmers Bank of Green City will discontinue participation in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program on June 30, 2010.  Effective July 1, 2010 all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts (including NOW accounts) will no longer be fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Accounts will be insured up to $250,000 under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
